Visszafoglalták a Columbia Egyetemet a palesztinpárti tüntetőktől

Kevesebb mint két óra alatt eltávolította a New York-i rendőrség a palesztinpárti tüntetőket a Columbia Egyetemről, akik előzőleg elfoglalták az egyetemi kampuszt.

A Hamilton Hallt is megtisztították, ahol el is barikádozták magukat a tüntetők. Ott egy emeleti ablakon keresztül hatoltak be a rendőrök az épületbe.

A rendőrség közlése szerint sérülés nem történt, több tucat tiltakozott vettek őrizetbe.

A szemtanúk szerint az egyetemfoglalók többsége „külsős”, azaz nem egyetemi diák volt. (24.hu)
